Chimney pots are synonymous with listed buildings – these terracotta pots are positioned on top of the chimneys of older properties, and act as a real touch of character to these older properties.

By opting for a reclaimed chimney pot, rather than buying one brand new, you are not only securing yourself a far more affordable option, but also one which is far more likely to be more visually convincing when added to your property. This is because reclaimed chimney pots have already experienced some weathering and natural discoloration, as your existing roof tiles will have done. Therefore, reclaimed chimney pots create a far more seamless finish when added to a property, in comparison to the stark vibrant red of a brand-new chimney pot.

As such, both in terms of style and cost, reclaimed chimney pots are a fantastic option for owners of more historic properties.
